A downloadable tool for Windows

About

I created this tool because I was in dire need of a gamepad tester that would:

  1. Be fast;
  2. Be responsive;
  3. Auto-react instantly to gamepads being constantly plugged-in and out;
  4. Work in background, out of focus, even if covered by other windows;
  5. Work seamlessly with OBS for streaming people inputs;
  6. Constantly show all gamepads at same time;
  7. Have a decent UX;
  8. Save my preferred settings, so I don't have to keep resizing windows and choosing layouts everytime I start the app;

As I frequently host and play games via streaming, all of these features would be mandatory. I didn't intend to post it here, but I'm doing it since I liked the results. 😄

I also implemented DInput button pattern, but it was not tested yet.

Setup

  • No installation required;
  • Just an executable: extract and run;
  • No setup required;

Wow, this is the first time I see someone having issues with Pady, as it is just a Godot Engine project.

Remember that it saves the window position, so if it is saved out of screen, it will stay there until you pull it back (e.g.: Windows Key + Side Arrows shortcut).

It happened once to an user that liked to plug in and out monitors, and it could also happen to people who use virtual non-visible screens.

Yeah noticed that now lmao, if anyone else has the issue an easy fix is (Windows key + D). Thanks for all your hard work man!
